Welcome to Profit Flip! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Profit Flip mobile application (the “App”), developed and provided by Abdulmalik Ariyo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License:

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, sell, or distribute the App or its contents.

Use of the App:

Profit Flip is a financial calculator for real estate investment analysis. It is intended to assist with estimations and projections, but all calculations are estimates only and should not be considered financial or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying results before making investment decisions.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions:

The App offers both free and premium features:

Free Plan: Includes up to two (2) property calculations per day.
Premium Subscription: For $0.99/month, unlock unlimited calculations and remove ads.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

Ads:

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements. You can remove ads by subscribing to the premium version.

No Account Required:

You are not required to create an account to use Profit Flip. All data is stored locally on your device and is not collected or stored by us.

No Warranty:

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.

Modifications:

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Apple Standard EULA:

These Terms incorporate Apple’s Standard EULA. If there is a conflict between Apple’s EULA and these Terms, these Terms will control for matters related to the use of this App.
